TeamViewer Remote

TeamViewer Remote is TeamViewer's remote access and IT-support product. It is used to help colleagues and customers on their own devices, to reach unattended computers, servers and kiosks, and to work on an office machine from elsewhere. TeamViewer is based in Göppingen, Germany.

TeamViewer's download pages list Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS, Android, iOS, iPadOS and Raspberry Pi, and sessions can also be started from a web app in the browser. The plans include file transfer, remote printing, session recording and playback, "switch sides" (handing control to the other participant) and custom branding. Controlling Android and iOS devices is a paid add-on. The team plans add connection reporting and mass deployment. Recent releases add an AI assistant, Tia, for troubleshooting, and AI session summaries, paid for with a monthly allowance of AI credits.

TeamViewer's enterprise platform, Tensor, adds single sign-on, conditional access, audit logs and an API. Its security page describes RSA-4096 key exchange, AES-256 session encryption and two-factor authentication. The trust centre lists ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 and SOC 3.

Pricing, as TeamViewer's Asia-Pacific page showed it on 30 September 2026 (US dollars per month, billed yearly, excluding tax; prices vary by region):

• Remote Access: US$11.90, one user, three managed devices.
• Business: US$25.90, one user, 200 managed devices.
• Premium: US$56.90, 15 users.
• Corporate: US$110.90, 30 users and three concurrent channels.
• Tensor: priced on request.
