Zoho Assist

Zoho Assist is Zoho's cloud-based remote support and remote access software. It covers several jobs:

• attended support sessions, started by email, SMS or link with no download needed beforehand;
• unattended access to computers, with bulk deployment;
• remote camera sharing with augmented-reality annotation, and cobrowsing;
• endpoint management, including patching.

It is aimed at help desks, customer-support teams and managed service providers. Zoho's contact page lists offices in Chennai, India, and Pleasanton, California.

Zoho Assist lists support for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, Chrome OS and Raspberry Pi, and technicians work from a browser. Its security pages cite TLS 1.2 and AES-256 encryption. Features rise by plan:

• Standard: file transfer, session transfer, voice chat and custom reports.
• Professional: mobile device support, screen sharing and scheduled sessions.
• Enterprise: session recording, a service queue, session audit, script execution and more than ten diagnostic tools.

Prices on Zoho's page, read on 30 September 2026 (US dollars a month, billed annually, local taxes extra):

• Remote support per technician: Standard US$10 with two concurrent sessions, Professional US$15 with four, Enterprise US$24 with six.
• Unattended access, per 25 computers: Standard US$10, Professional US$15.

Zoho also offers a free plan and a 15-day trial.
