Stuut raises $52.5m Series B for AI agents that run order-to-cash

7 October 2026: Stuut, a New York company that sells AI agents for accounts receivable, has raised a $52.5 million Series B led by Insight Partners, with Andreessen Horowitz, M12 (Microsoft's venture fund) and Activant also investing. The round comes ten months after its Series A. SiliconANGLE puts the total raised at $93 million, which implies $40.5 million before this round.

Stuut's platform covers order management, invoicing, credit, collections, cash application, payments and dispute handling, and connects to a customer's existing ERP, CRM and payment gateways. In its announcement the company says more than 150 companies use it and that more than $3 billion in payments went through it over the past year. It says customers cut days sales outstanding by 47% on average and free up as much as 40% more cash flow. SiliconANGLE adds the company's figures that it matches over 95% of incoming payments automatically and handles over 81% of outbound collections without human intervention.

Named customers include ZoomInfo, which has extended Stuut into disputes; Honeywell, which runs it on a legacy SAP system and is moving toward quote-to-cash; and Bishop Lifting Products, which uses it for collections, disputes and cash application across 45 branches.

The money will go toward reaching more enterprise order-to-cash teams and toward what the company calls financial infrastructure: credit, lending and the movement of funds. CEO Tarek Alaruri argues in the post that software can now contact a customer, log into a portal, investigate an exception, apply the cash and decide the next step.
