Santé raises $15m Series A for AI point of sale in liquor stores

6 October 2026: Santé, which sells a combined point-of-sale and back-office system to independent wine and liquor retailers, has raised a $15 million Series A led by Fintop. Bonfire Ventures, Veridical Ventures, Operator Collective and TipTop VC took part, the company says in its announcement. The SaaS News also lists Y Combinator as an investor and describes Santé as based in New York.

Santé's system joins checkout, inventory, e-commerce, payments and delivery-app management in one product, and uses AI agents for chores such as receiving and ordering stock and catching pricing errors across a store's product list. Darren Fike, the chief executive, says the company is "pioneering applied AI for liquor stores".

The company's results are its own. It says revenue grew five times in 2025 and has done so again this year. For customers, it reports e-commerce sales up more than 65% through custom websites, an annual payroll saving of $25,000 from the AI agents, and migrations from an old system completed in two days. It also says its sales cycle shortened by 48%, from 35 days to 18.

Santé's blog also lists an earlier post about a $7.6 million raise. The company says the new money will go into a growth engine that proactively drives sales for retailers, re-engages lapsed customers and improves margins.

Neither source says how many stores run Santé today, which makes the customer-side figures above hard to size.
