Santé raises $15m Series A for AI point of sale in liquor stores
The New York company says revenue grew five times in 2025 and again this year as it sells to independent wine and liquor retailers.
Point-of-sale system built for liquor and wine shops, combining checkout, AI-assisted inventory, e-commerce and delivery app links, used by retailers mainly in the northeastern United States.
Santé makes a point-of-sale system aimed squarely at liquor and wine retailers. It puts checkout, inventory, online sales, delivery and marketing into one product, so a store does not have to join up several separate tools.
An AI inventory feature reads supplier invoices as they arrive, suggests orders and gives pricing guidance. For selling online, the system includes an industry product catalogue with images and descriptions, custom websites, local delivery and nationwide shipping. It connects to delivery apps including DoorDash, GrubHub and Instacart. Other functions are custom reporting, management of several stores from one place and staff time and attendance tracking.
The customers it features are established chains and independent wine shops, among them Joe Canal's, Carmine's St. Beers, Wine Cellar of Queens and Leary's Liquor Cabinet. The pages indicate a base of retailers primarily in the northeastern United States. The company calls itself the fastest-growing point-of-sale system in the liquor trade and says stores can raise sales by 20 per cent or more; those are its own claims and are not independently checked here.
Contact is by telephone and through a hello address on the site. Pricing is not published on the pages read.
