Dapta raises $6m to sell AI sales agents to Spanish-speaking founders
Chingona Ventures leads the seed round; Dapta says about 4,000 businesses join each week, its revenue run-rate has passed $4 million and it…
Dapta is a platform where small businesses build AI agents that answer leads by phone, text or WhatsApp in English or Spanish, qualify them, book appointments and update the CRM, with a focus on Spanish-speaking founders.
Dapta is a software company whose platform lets businesses build their own AI agents without engineers. It starts with sales: its agents answer incoming leads by phone, text message or WhatsApp, in English or Spanish, qualify them and book appointments. The company announced a $6 million seed round on 13 October 2026 and says it is aimed in particular at Spanish-speaking founders in the United States.
Dapta offers voice agents, text agents and WhatsApp agents, an AI notetaker, workflow automation, sequences and an MCP connection. Its assistant, Dapti, builds new agents from plain-language descriptions and links them to a customer's calendar and CRM. The site shows ready-made agents for roles such as receptionist, lead qualifier, sales follow-up, customer support, onboarding, candidate screening and collections, plus an option to build a custom one. It lists CRM integrations with HubSpot, GoHighLevel and Salesforce and says it connects to more than 1,000 tools and APIs. The site is available in English and Spanish.
Pricing on the site runs on credits. A free plan costs nothing and includes 2,000 credits and one agent. Paid plans are Pro at $99 a month, Scale Up at $499 and Prime at $1,499, with more credits, users and workspaces at each step.
The site groups its solutions by team (sales, operations, marketing, human resources and debt collection) and by industry, including education, software, law firms, home services, real estate and insurance. Named customer stories include a New York law firm, a Denver mechanical contractor and a Miami university. According to the company, paying customers are in 26 countries and include Mercado Libre and Rappi. Its site also lists SOC 2 compliance.
In its funding post, Dapta says more than 200,000 users have tried the product, about 4,000 new businesses join each week, and annual revenue has passed $4 million and doubled in six months. These figures are the company's own. The seed was led by Chingona Ventures with Crew Capital and Cometa, joined by Broom Ventures, 500 Global and Fen Ventures. The company says it will use the money to grow content and community for Spanish-speaking founders, add customer success staff and build agents that run a front office on their own.
