Singapore-based company that deploys and governs AI agents inside large enterprises, combining its NEO platform with engineers who work alongside client teams.
OneByZero, also known as OBZ, is an enterprise AI company headquartered in Singapore. It builds AI agents, which it calls AI Coworkers, and runs them inside its clients' own systems under rules the client sets and with human oversight. Its NEO platform is the governance and orchestration layer for those agents, and the company says it builds and deploys on Amazon Web Services.
The company pairs the platform with forward-deployed engineers who work alongside client teams. Its agents handle work in sales, customer operations, data engineering, recruiting and financial-services processes. OneByZero says it has spent three years deploying AI in large, heavily regulated organisations, mostly in financial services and telecommunications, and it operates in Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, the United States and Vietnam.
Niket Vaidya is chief executive and co-founder, and Vibhore Kumar is chief technology officer and co-founder. In October 2026 the company announced a US$20 million Series A led by Jungle Ventures, its first external funding, to expand its engineering teams, open in Japan, move into conglomerates, healthcare and the public sector, and develop NEO.
