GroupMap

GroupMap is a real-time online tool for brainstorming and group decision-making. It tackles the usual problems of group sessions, where loud voices dominate and quieter people go unheard. It collects each person's own thinking first, then shows the group view.

What GroupMap offers

• Templates — more than 130 brainstorming templates across four styles, which can be customised.
• Guided facilitation — set anonymity levels, choose private or group brainstorming, add instructions and tailor each step.
• Independent prioritisation — participants rank ideas separately so the strongest stand out.
• Live discussion — go through results together, with comments and reactions.
• Action items and reports — capture next steps and produce a full report of the activity.

Who it works with

Facilitators running meetings, workshops, conferences and classrooms.
