RESS

RESS is room scheduling software published by Integrated Management Systems Inc. It centralises facility and event management in one interface, so one computer can handle rooms, schedules and billing. It comes in two forms. One is a desktop application, and the other is an internet version called RessNet.

What RESS offers

• Equipment and resources — tracks bookable items alongside rooms.
• Event registration — handles sign-ups for events.
• Catering menus — manages food and drink orders for bookings.
• Invoicing — bills for the spaces and services used.
