Bookwhen

Bookwhen is an online booking system that lets organisers publish a booking page and take reservations for what they run. It handles recurring classes, one-off sessions, multi-day courses and workshops. The company says it has served businesses, individuals and non-profit organisations for over a decade.

What Bookwhen offers

• Booking pages — a hosted page to share with attendees, or a form embedded in an existing website.
• Payments — bookings and payments taken around the clock through customisable forms.
• Automation — confirmations, reminder emails and waiting lists sent without manual work.
• Self-service changes — attendees handle their own cancellations and transfers.
• Attendee lists and reports — check-in sheets and tracking of bookings.
• Basket checkout — several events or attendees in a single booking.

Who it works with

It suits anything from one-to-one sessions to classes, outdoor activities, leisure centre sessions and festivals. Organisers moving away from spreadsheets and phone calls are a stated focus.
