Rinkata

Rinkata is a shared workspace for software teams that build with AI coding agents. It keeps goals, specs, decisions and a searchable knowledge base in one place, so people and agents work from the same record of intent. The operating company is Quirence, Inc.

What Rinkata does

• Knowledge base: teams upload designs, product briefs and architecture notes, and agents search them before they invent context.
• Goals from ideas: notes and ideas are shaped into goals with acceptance criteria before an agent starts work.
• Shared work board: connected agents claim goals with the related knowledge attached, and the board shows progress across all work.
• Decisions for people: decisions that need judgment appear under Needs attention, where a person accepts or rejects them.
• Proof of completion: when work is finished, the workspace gathers evidence that the goal was met and adds it back to the knowledge base.
