The terms name a sole proprietor, PE Stanislav Vorobev, but no country or governing law, and web payments are accepted only in the USDT and USDC stablecoins. Kaiku is a hosted task tracker with a built-in wiki, launched by its maker on Product Hunt on 25 September 2026, the day its terms were last updated; the terms name the operator as a sole proprietor, PE Stanislav Vorobev. It is designed with AI agents as users of the tracker: built-in agents are called from a comment and run with the caller’s access, an agent proposes and a person approves, and every agent run is recorded on its issue with tokens used, machine time and who asked, so a team can see what its automation costs. Kaiku runs its own MCP server, and its API is built to be wire-compatible with the REST API of a widely used tracker and wiki, which Kaiku does not name, so tools and MCP servers written for that product are meant to work unchanged; the terms call this a goal, not a warranty. It also has boards and sprints, custom fields, Markdown wiki pages, a small client table, iOS and Android apps, and an export of a whole project as JSON, Markdown and attachments. Prices on its own page: a 30-day trial for two people and one project with no card; Personal at $19.99 a month for one person; Team at $7 per person per month ($5.25 paid yearly), or $6 with the company’s own AI key; an AI Pro seat at $12.99 more per month. Each workspace includes up to 100 projects, 20,000 issues and wiki pages and 20 GB of attachments, with $20 a month per further 20,000 items and $10 per further 100 GB. Web payment is prepaid in USDT or USDC only, card payment being described as coming soon, and Personal can also be bought in the mobile apps. The terms give no country or governing law, which a business buyer should raise before putting its work in it. It is unrelated to other products called Kaiku, including a health app, and is filed under its own domain.
