Project Feed

Project Feed is a workspace for game studios, design teams and agencies that puts file review inside project management rather than beside it. Posts, files, tasks, documents and canvases share one timeline, and reviewers can pin feedback directly onto images, video, audio, PDFs, 3D models, Rive files and sprite sheets, with each comment turning into a task that links back to the exact point in the review it came from. Clients and external reviewers work through a branded portal where they approve selected updates or request changes, and they are free on every plan — only editors are billed. The product also carries shared documents, infinite canvases with native media, chat, time tracking and activity and workload analytics. The Free plan covers three editors, three active projects, 5GB of pooled storage and a Project Feed-branded client portal, with a read-only API. Pro is $12 per editor a month billed annually ($144 a year per editor) and adds unlimited projects, 100GB of pooled storage per editor, unbranded client portals, Slack, Discord and webhooks, and full API, CLI, MCP and service-account access. Enterprise is a custom annual contract including 15 editors and 1.5TB, with single sign-on, a compliance dashboard, audit-log integrity verification and encryption key rotation.
