Ari is a work-management system from Ariso, presented as a chief of staff rather than a task list. It captures work as it happens — meetings, decisions, contacts and commitments — and then uses that record in four directions: personal, preparing for meetings, taking notes and tracking what was agreed; project, acting as a virtual project manager that follows milestones and flags risks; reflective, drafting weekly reviews and status updates and coaching new managers; and organisational, connecting company strategy to what individuals are actually doing. Search runs across everything it has captured and returns answers with the source attached, which is the part that separates it from a notetaker. The company's framing is an "AI bar raiser", borrowed from the hiring practice at Amazon, applied to execution rather than recruitment. It works inside Slack, Gmail and Google Workspace. Pricing for an individual is free to start and $1 a day after that, with no card required to begin; the company-wide tier, which adds the team hub, organisation-level rollups and the strategy-to-people connection, is priced by arrangement. This is a different product from the company's previous launch, Oats, a free open-source meeting notetaker released on 14 September 2026.
