Humanly buys CareerArc to add recruitment marketing to AI hiring
CareerArc brings HireSocial and Job Maps to a platform that screens and interviews candidates by chat, phone and video. Price and closing…
CareerArc is a recruitment marketing company whose software helps employers publicise open roles and build their employer brand on social media. Its site shows the legal name CareerArc Group, LLC but does not state where it is based or when it was founded. On 14 October 2026 Humanly announced that it had acquired the company.
The company sells two main products. The HireSocial Platform promotes employer brand content and job posts across social channels, aiming to get a vacancy noticed by people who are not already searching for work. Job Maps shows where a company's open jobs are located. According to the site, the platform syncs with more than 80 applicant tracking systems, and it names Workday, Greenhouse and iCIMS among them, so postings can be pulled from the system a recruiter already uses.
CareerArc targets employers and their talent acquisition teams, with pages for high-volume hiring, always-on recruiting, employer brand awareness and individual recruiters. Industries it lists are financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, restaurants and hospitality, retail, and transportation and logistics. Customer logos on the site include Cognizant, YMCA, Kaiser, Avient, Ulta, Panera, Tetra Tech and Nintendo, and testimonials come from BCD, Applied Industrial Technologies and Hobby Lobby.
CareerArc's products are HireSocial, a social recruiting platform for talent acquisition teams, and Job Maps, an interactive career-site experience where candidates find openings by location. Humanly has not disclosed the price, the closing terms or what happens to the CareerArc brand. World Flight Services uses both companies, and its vice president of talent acquisition, Jason Leath, said CareerArc helps attract candidates while Humanly moves them through hiring.
