4 November 2026: Nooks, which makes AI sales software, says it has secured $500 million in growth capital from General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund. It is not a priced equity round. Nooks describes the fund as one that "invests in sales and marketing for companies with proven, predictable customer economics", repaid from the customer value that spending creates. On the same day Nooks launched a Revenue Agent Platform and Node, an assistant for salespeople.

Not yet independently verified. This is financing for sales and marketing spend, repaid from revenue, not equity; Nooks gives no repayment terms, and its customer and growth figures are its own. We will update this when it can be confirmed, and remove this note.

Financing tied to customer economics

Nooks says more than 2,000 companies use it, naming Glean, Notion, Deel, Factory and Replit. It says it is growing about three times a year, its net revenue retention is 135%, and more than half of its customers use more than one product. "Those customer economics are what made this commitment possible," wrote co-founder Dan Lee. "AI changed how software gets built. Nooks is changing how it gets sold," said Pranav Singhvi, partner and co-head of the Customer Value Fund. Nooks says the money will bring new products to market, take it into larger enterprises and new countries, and fund hiring: it lists more than 100 open roles.

An assistant that prompts the rep

The Revenue Agent Platform runs Deal, Outbound, Expansion and Coaching agents today, with Inbound agents due in the first quarter of 2027. Node's first job is deal management. It remembers what was promised on a call, drafts the follow-up and sends it once the rep approves. It flags a buying committee member who has gone quiet and, when a deal slows, drafts a move based on similar deals. Each member of a deal team gets a Node, and the Nodes share what is working. Nooks says reps approve every send and that 96% of emails drafted by its agents go out without edits.

What a buyer should weigh

Nooks makes calls and sends emails on its own infrastructure. That is how its agents learn what happened next, but it also means a buyer's outreach runs through Nooks's sending reputation and data handling. A sales team trialling Node can ask where call recordings and email content are stored, whether they are used to train models shared across customers, and how approval rules are enforced. Nooks was co-founded in late 2020 by Dan Lee, Rohan Suri and Nikhil Cheerla, at first as a virtual office for remote teams, before it turned to sales.
