Annex

Annex, which trades as Anexa BPO, is a Mexican contact centre operator founded in Hermosillo in 1997. It began by supplying infrastructure to call centres and later moved into running customer contact operations itself. It now has centres in several major Mexican cities and serves both domestic and international companies.
