vFairs

vFairs is an event platform that lets organisers run virtual, hybrid and in-person events from one system. It started with online career fairs and conferences and now also handles registration, badges and on-site check-in. The business assigns a dedicated project manager to each client.

What vFairs offers

• Virtual events — a 3D lobby, exhibit halls, webinars, chat and networking for online conferences, trade shows and summits.
• Registration and ticketing — landing pages, drag-and-drop forms and email campaigns for attendees.
• Mobile event apps — an app builder with agendas, exhibitor pages and notifications.
• On-site tools — badge design and printing, plus check-in by QR code, facial recognition or name search.
• Lead capture — an app for exhibitors to scan, score and note leads.

Who it works with

The site lists trade shows, job and career fairs, corporate and internal events, onboarding and training, open days and college fairs, and conferences.
