Each contestant must cook a minimum of 3 gallons of chili, cooked off site
Contestants are responsible for keeping their chili warm (power will be supplied)
SRBC will provide sample cups and spoons
Contestants will be responsible for serving
Each contestant or team will be given a contestant number
Your number will be visible to the public
Chili Cook Off Schedule:
Set-up time: 12 noon
Contest Start Time: 1pm
Contest End Time: 5pm
Winners will be announced at 6pm in the taproom
- Assuming a full field of 25 entrants
