Live2.ai raises Rs 130 crore to sell AI social agents to global brands

27 October 2026: Live2.ai, a Bengaluru software company that watches what people say about brands on social platforms and turns it into campaigns and shoppable content, says it has raised Rs 130 crore, about $14 million, in a pre-Series B round led by IvyCap Ventures. The money goes on its AI agent platform, larger enterprise deployments and a stronger presence in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Not yet independently verified. Live2.ai's own pages confirm the amount, the lead investor and the use of the money, but its full release is not published on its site; the product detail, founders and quotes come from outlets carrying that release. Customer and revenue figures are the company's own and unaudited. We will update this when it can be confirmed, and remove this note.

A round with a secondary slice

According to the release as carried by Entrackr, the round combines new capital for the business with a secondary component that gives early shareholders partial liquidity. Neither the company nor the outlets give the split. The outlet adds that part of the money will build regional cloud infrastructure in the three regions Live2.ai names.

Vikram Gupta, founder and managing partner of IvyCap Ventures, is quoted in the release saying the fund backs the team building the category "from India for the world". Live2.ai's press page links a VCCircle headline describing it as backed by the Sony Innovation Fund before this round, but no earlier amount is stated.

Eight agents on one brand graph

The platform monitors Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X and review sites for mentions, sentiment and emerging trends. On top of that monitoring sit eight AI agents, among them Crisis Detection, Trend Scout, Campaign Auditor and Autonomous Response, which share one entity graph of brands, products, creators and conversations and run under governance controls with human review. The other modules audit influencer and user-generated content for brand compliance, plan and publish posts and track their performance, and turn content whose rights have been cleared into shoppable experiences online and in stores.

Chief executive J Venkat founded the company in 2024 with Neha Suyal, now chief operating officer, and Yash Arora, chief technology officer. In the release he says brands are "drowning in signals and starved of action".

Customers mostly outside India

Live2.ai says it works with more than 200 brands in the US, Europe and South-East Asia, naming Schwarzkopf (Henkel), Shiseido, Titan Brands and Salonory, that its revenue grew fourfold in the past twelve months, and that about 90% of revenue comes from outside India. Those are the company's own figures; it has not published revenue.
