The San Francisco company with roots in Kazakhstan does not say how much the extension adds to its DST-led August round. It reports $1 billion in annualised revenue, reached 18 months after launch.

Higgsfield adds TCV and NVIDIA to its Series B for AI video

23 October 2026: Higgsfield, which sells AI image and video generation to brands, agencies, studios and individual creators, has extended its Series B with new money from TCV and NVIDIA. The company does not give the size of the extension. It says it passed $1 billion in annualised revenue run rate in September, 18 months after launch, and has more than 40 million users in 238 countries and territories.

Not yet independently verified. Higgsfield does not state the size of the extension, the total raised or a valuation, and its user, revenue and growth figures are its own. We will update this when it can be confirmed, and remove this note.

Who came in, and the round it extends

The extension builds on the Series B that DST Global led in August, in which Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Tribe Capital, AI Capital Partners, Smash Capital, GFT Ventures and Valor Capital also took part. Higgsfield announced the new investors from San Francisco and Astana, timed to NVIDIA founder Jensen Huang's first visit to Kazakhstan for the country's national AI Month.

"Every brand, studio and creator now needs more visual content than traditional production can supply, and a new category is forming to meet that demand," said Alex Mashrabov, co-founder and chief executive. Neil Tolaney, a general partner at TCV, described the product as "a radically faster, professional-grade and AI-native mechanism for creators, brand marketers and agencies alike."

The company says the money goes to product development, global infrastructure, hiring and go-to-market expansion.

A production layer over other people's models

Higgsfield does not present itself as a model maker. It describes its product as a production layer around generation models: workflow tools, cinematic camera controls and automated production systems, sold to three markets it names as marketing and advertising, entertainment, and the creator economy. Its announcement puts monthly volume at 12 trillion tokens across 150 million generations, and says a campaign concept can yield up to 100 ad variants.

The business side is where it claims the fastest growth: enterprise revenue rising more than 100% month over month, and revenue under contract from business customers up tenfold since June. The United States is its largest market and Europe its largest region by usage. All of these figures are the company's own.

We list its developer product, the Higgsfield API, which offers one asynchronous interface to more than 50 image and video models. Our video making software category holds 10 products.

NVIDIA as supplier and investor

The NVIDIA relationship predates the cheque. Higgsfield says it has run on NVIDIA hardware at every stage, from L40 and A40 GPUs through Hopper and Blackwell, and is expanding to Vera Rubin. It uses NVIDIA Dynamo to serve custom inference workloads on its own GPUs, and made a 15-minute animated short, Kök Börü, on Blackwell Ultra, which it open-sourced as a free course on Higgsfield Academy.

The Kazakhstan link

The company is headquartered in San Francisco and keeps what it calls deep roots in Kazakhstan through Astana Hub, and it describes itself as the country's first AI unicorn. Its co-founders are Mashrabov, AI engineer Yerzat Dulat and Mahi De Silva. Mashrabov previously co-founded AI Factory, the computer vision company behind Snapchat's Cameos, which Snap acquired in 2019.
