Flyle raises ¥1.88bn Series A for its AI contact centre agents

7 October 2026: Flyle, a Tokyo software company that sells AI agents for contact centres and customer experience teams, has raised ¥1.88 billion in a Series A round through a third-party share allotment. Its release puts total funding since founding at about ¥2.27 billion. The company was set up on 10 February 2020 and is based in Akasaka, in the Minato ward of Tokyo.

Not yet independently verified. Single primary source: Flyle's own release, which names no lead investor, valuation or customer results. The quote is our translation from the Japanese. We will update this when it can be confirmed, and remove this note.

Investors from the Series A onward are ALPHA, ALL STAR SAAS FUND, Firstlight Capital, Aflac Ventures Japan, Japan Post Capital, Salesforce Ventures, Mitsubishi UFJ Capital, Mizuho Capital and SMBC Venture Capital. The release does not say who led the round. Flyle will spend the money on product development and on the team that supports customers, so that large enterprises can move to AI in stages.

The funding came with a product launch. Flyle's AI Operator handles calls, chat and email, connects to a customer's internal systems to take orders, change them and complete procedures, and builds its knowledge from existing FAQs, manuals and call recordings. When a case is too hard it hands over to a human agent with the history attached. The company says the service runs around the clock, and that formal supply starts in November.

Alongside it sit four other services: AI scoring of every agent interaction against common standards, AI analysis of customer conversations for product and process problems, customer surveys with AI-led interviews that can also reach people who never contacted the company or who have left, and a data platform with dashboards and natural-language questions. Flyle names Nippon Ham, Orient Corporation, Kaunet and Kyusai among its customers.

Chief executive Yuichi Takarabe said in the release that contact centres and CX work, where huge amounts of unstructured data collect, are the area where AI is most effective, and that the money will go into development and customer support.

ALL STAR SAAS FUND, which added to its stake, says Flyle has been building an AI-native CX platform for large Japanese companies since 2023.
