Tokyo company, founded in 2020, selling AI agents for contact centres and customer experience work in Japan, including an AI operator for phone, chat and email, plus quality scoring and voice of customer analysis.
Flyle, known in Japan as Furairu, is a Tokyo company that builds AI agents for contact centres and wider customer experience work. Its own site describes an AI agent that analyses customer conversations, and its latest announcement presents the firm as a transformation partner that combines AI products with a specialist team that works alongside the customer.
The product range in the announcement covers an AI operator that understands a request by phone, chat or email, connects to a company's internal systems and carries out the order, change or procedure itself. Other services score the quality of responses, analyse the voice of the customer, run customer experience surveys and AI interviews, and provide a data platform for unstructured data. The AI operator is due for formal release in November.
The company was founded on 10 February 2020 and is headquartered in Minato Ward, Tokyo, with Yuichi Takarabe as chief executive. Customers named in the announcement include Japanese Ham, Orient Corporation and Kaunet. Flyle says it raised 1.88 billion yen in a Series A round and about 2.27 billion yen in total since it started. Pricing is not published.
