EliseAI raises $350m at a $4bn valuation led by a16z and Bessemer
29 September 2026: EliseAI has raised $350 million at a $4 billion valuation, in a round led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners. Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital also took part. The company's announcement does not name the stage of the round.
Not yet independently verified. Single source: the company's own blog post, which does not name the funding stage. Usage and results figures are the company's own and not independently verified. We will update this when it can be confirmed, and remove this note.
EliseAI sells AI software that handles conversations and routine work for operators of rental housing. In its announcement the company says its products now reach 6.5 million units, about one in five US multifamily apartments, and 30 million unique renters. It puts annual recurring revenue above $200 million.
The post also lists results it attributes to customers. Occupancy is said to run about two points higher, residents about seven points more likely to renew, and net operating income up by as much as 20% in some cases. The company adds that its AI products touch 58% of a typical operator's profit and loss statement, which is its way of saying how many cost and revenue lines the software now reaches.
The post gives no breakdown of how the money will be spent. Its one statement on the subject is that the round "gives us the ability to move faster". It names no executives in the announcement and quotes no investors, so the only voice behind the figures is the company's blog.
Operators weighing the product have little else to go on from this announcement. It carries no pricing, no contract terms and no list of the integrations the company supports with property management systems, and the customer results are given as averages or ranges without the sample behind them.
The blog post is dated 29 September 2026, and the company's website is eliseai.com.
