EliseAI is a New York company that builds agentic AI for housing and healthcare. Its platform is meant to improve operating efficiency and respond to leads, residents and patients around the clock, over text, email, web chat and voice. The site says voice works in seven languages and written replies in 51.

In housing, the products cover the renter's whole path. LeasingAI handles prospect management and AI-guided tours, while ResidentAI covers move-in, maintenance, renewals and delinquency, with a maintenance app. Further tools include EliseCRM, lease audits, VoiceAI, fee transparency and integrations with property systems. It serves conventional, student, affordable and single-family rentals, for owners, owner-operators and fee managers. In healthcare, a separate platform offers VoiceAI and online scheduling, with pages for women's health, dermatology, ophthalmology and orthopedics.

Named customers and case studies include Equity Residential, LeFrak, TWG, Summit Property Management and BLDG Partners. Equity Residential is quoted reporting more than 1.5 million customer interactions a year, 90 per cent of prospect workflows automated and about 14 million dollars in payroll savings. The company also says it has more than 40 engineers.

A banner on the home page states a raise of 350 million dollars at a 4 billion dollar valuation, while a statistic further down mentions 140 million dollars raised, so the figures appear to date from different times. No prices are published.
