Arionkoder

Arionkoder is an AI consulting firm that shapes AI strategy for companies and then builds the systems they go on to own. It began as a design and development studio working on digital products, and its current focus is embedding AI into how client teams work. The firm lists offices in Montevideo, Uruguay and Miami, USA.

What Arionkoder offers

• AI strategy — readiness assessments and strategy calls that define the core problem before any build starts.
• AI delivery — moving a planned AI system from research through implementation and scaling, with milestones along the way.
• Embedded squads — engineers, product people and designers who join a client team to turn its ideas into systems ready for deployment.
• Machine learning models — refined ML and hybrid AI agents built for search, inspection and planning work.
• Product design — UX and UI design for digital products, which was the studio's original craft.

Who it works with

Its published case results come from pharma, oil and gas, and logistics. Earlier work included healthcare products, among them a project on personalised care for oncology patients.
