ET&T’s customer service is the best They go above and beyond to assist clients and potential clients with business demands As a non-profit, we go through a thorough vetting process with significant purchases Knowing we could rely on ET&T when we needed them made it an easy choice when we were ready to select a new telecom partner We no longer have to wait hours to get our phone system back on line, which was a significant hardship I’m not sure we could have managed through the COVID-19 pandemic without them; having our new phone system in place made it possible for our employees to work remotely
