Desible.ai is an Indian company, registered as Basal Analytics Pvt. Ltd, that sells voice AI agents and workflow automation to regulated financial businesses. Its customers are in banking, financial services and insurance, where it takes over high-volume tasks such as policy renewals, claims processing and lead qualification.

The agents hold multilingual, context-aware conversations on voice calls and also reach customers over WhatsApp, SMS and email. They connect into a customer's existing enterprise systems so that a call can trigger or complete a step in a workflow. A reporting layer tracks sentiment, call quality and the performance of the agents.

The company says its platform processes more than 100,000 calls a day with response latency under 500 milliseconds. It describes live deployments with a leading health insurer in India handling over 45,000 calls a day and with a licensed third-party administrator handling about 18,000 daily, and one customer reports an 89 per cent cut in manual follow-up work. Neither customer is named.

On security the site lists SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, AES-256 encryption and compliance with India's data protection law. It says it raised 32 crore rupees in Seed Plus funding, with backing from Microsoft for Startups and AWS. Pricing is not published.
