The Paris and New York company says practitioners on its platform grew from 2,000 to 15,000 in a year and that it now handles over a…
AI voice assistant that answers patient calls and texts for medical practices, books and moves appointments in their scheduling software, and says it serves more than 1,500 practices, mostly in France.
Vocca makes an AI voice agent for healthcare providers. It answers patient calls around the clock and books, reschedules and cancels appointments directly inside the practice's scheduling system. It also works outward, sending reminders and confirmations, handling waitlists and contacting patients who have lapsed, by phone and text.
The company claims that six in ten calls are handled from start to finish without staff involvement. A dashboard gives practice managers one view of calls and bookings across several locations. The product is meant to take routine telephone work off reception teams in medical imaging, dentistry, ophthalmology, cardiology, primary care, hospitals, gynaecology, anaesthesiology and clinical laboratories.
Vocca says it connects to more than twenty electronic health record and practice management systems, including AdvancedMD, AthenaHealth, Veradigm and Dentrix, without data migration. On security it lists HIPAA and GDPR compliance and infrastructure with SOC 2, ISO 27001 and HDS certification, with encryption in transit and at rest.
Its site reports more than 1,500 practices and 10 million patients, primarily in France, and shows logos including Retinax, Hopital Fondation Rothschild and Sana Oris. Pricing is not published on the pages read.
