Its Office 365 work covers consulting, support, migration, Teams and the securing of the platform, along with spam filtering for mail. The company says it can move an organization's email and documents onto the platform and keep them protected afterwards.

Hardware, networks and wireless

Hardware as a service plans give a business the latest IT hardware together with support and maintenance under a single monthly fee, so that equipment does not need a large upfront investment. The company is a Lenovo partner. Its network infrastructure work includes managed network services and wireless networking solutions, and it carries out wireless site surveys with heat mapping, which show where coverage is weak. Virtualization server support and desktop support are also part of the range.

Security, backup and recovery

Network security covers email and spam protection, dark web monitoring, security as a service, remote server monitoring and training for employees. The company says the training helps staff recognize the tactics hackers use to reach sensitive information. Ransomware and virus removal, including the removal of CryptoLocker infections, is offered as a separate service.

Backup and disaster recovery planning is designed so that a business can get its data back and recover after a server crash, a loss of equipment or another disaster. The company says that a strategic plan in place before an incident makes the difference.

IT projects, relocations and consulting

The company's IT project management is run by consultants who apply practices it describes as proven, aiming for projects completed to a high standard and on time.
