Having worked with many companies in the waste industry, I have had the opportunity to sample many of the billing and routing software programs available I am always impressed by TRUX as it provides the most stable platform, consistent performance, and easy access to information for all areas of a company For operations, the route tablets provides a clean interface for the drivers and management is provided valuable productivity measures by driver, route, truck, or service type Customer Service personnel have easy access to important information in a simple yet detailed format so that they can easily handle customer inquiries and service requests Accounting gets the reporting needed to break out revenue and costs without issues with balancing or having to “spreadsheet” numbers outside the system

I have been involved with software conversions from several different vendors and, while never an easy process, the team at TRUX always provides excellent support and makes it an organized and well executed procedure Ultimately, you end up with better, cleaner data presented in a more organized and accessible format I would recommend TRUX to anyone in the industry who is struggling with their current software provider
