BinBooker

BinBooker is software for roll-off dumpster rental firms. It lets customers order a bin and pay on the company's own website at any hour, while the owner manages orders, drivers and invoices behind the scenes.

What BinBooker offers

• Online booking — customers choose a size, see a price for their address and pay by card.
• Scheduling and routing — appointments can be dragged into a driver's route.
• Cards on file — weight overages or extra days can be charged later.
• Dynamic pricing — different prices can be set by postcode.
• QuickBooks Online sync — customer and transaction data passes across automatically.
• Automated emails — confirmations, receipts and reminders go out without manual work.

Who it works with

Small and medium-sized dumpster rental businesses. One customer is quoted as running a fleet of just a few dumpsters, and another is said to run around 200.
