Meetingsbooker.com

Meetingsbooker.com is a web platform for booking meeting rooms, flexible workspaces and group accommodation. It serves two sides of the market: venues that want to sell their rooms online, and companies that need to book external spaces for their staff.

What Meetingsbooker.com offers

• Online room sales for venues — venues can sell conference and meeting rooms through their own website, with help from the team in setting up rooms, equipment, refreshments and accommodation.
• Company accounts — one hub for managing external meetings, with booking approvals and spending limits set by the organisation.
• Team self-service — staff book directly, following the rules their employer defines.
• Contact tracing — records who is working where, in person and virtually.
• Safe-space calculator — helps plan social distancing for teams.
• Real-time data — booking information on demand instead of manual spreadsheets.
