Arkom Creative Technology

Arkom Creative Technology is a UK digital studio that connects an organisation's website, CRM and self-service portals so they work as one system. Its builds rest on two platforms, Umbraco CMS and Microsoft Dynamics 365, extended with Power Apps where custom features are needed.

Products and services

• CRM consultancy and development: Dynamics 365 and Power Platform set up around how a client's teams actually work.
• Portals and platforms: secure self-service portals on Umbraco that pull together content, services and back-office data.
• Membership platforms: website, CRM and member portal combined, including modules for several membership levels.
• Website design: Umbraco sites with an editing experience built for content teams, plus upgrades to newer Umbraco versions.
• Process automation: replacing spreadsheet-based systems, with custom reports, role-based security and SharePoint document links.

Customers and markets

Many projects are for membership bodies and charities, among them a Yorkshire brain tumour charity and a Sheffield resource centre for Asian women. Other work covers the adoption and fostering sector and a supplier of commercial kitchens and bars, which moved its sales and project management onto Dynamics 365.
