AI dispatcher for plumbing, heating and cooling shops: assigns technicians on the ServiceTitan board by skill, location and close rate, rebuilds the schedule through the day and checks bookings before they reach dispatch.
Not yet independently verified. The 92 percent assignment, 30-technician and $60,000 savings figures are the company's own, from one customer. Founder backgrounds, Ari's surname and the company's location are not stated on either page. No security certifications or independent review seen. Every morning a plumbing or HVAC shop has to decide which technician takes which job, and the answer is rarely the nearest truck. Service areas, equipment limits and special skills all matter, and the founders of Fleety argue that a shop's best technician can bring in around $500,000 more a year than an average one, so matching matters. Fleety automates that decision.
Fleety assigns jobs by skills, location, availability, close rate and revenue potential, and re-plans as the day changes. It writes assignments directly onto the ServiceTitan dispatch board. According to the company's materials, suggested changes such as a better technician match go to a human dispatcher, who approves or adjusts them before they reach the board.
A validation product reads call transcripts, equipment records and notes to fix tagging and booking errors before a job reaches dispatch. The site also describes a customer service representative product that answers calls around the clock and books visits, a speed-to-lead tool that responds to new leads, and analytics on estimate close rates, technician performance and invoiced amounts by business unit.
The company says its team works in the shop to configure service zones and priorities, such as urgent jobs first. It lists integrations with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro and Jobber.
At Albert Nahman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Fleety reportedly makes about 92 percent of job assignments, one dispatcher oversees more than 30 technicians, and the general manager and operations manager no longer dispatch, which the company puts at roughly $60,000 a year in overhead.
