Calendly

Calendly is a scheduling platform that removes the email back and forth involved in finding a meeting time. People share a booking link or add their availability to a website, and others pick a slot that suits them.

What Calendly offers

• Booking links — availability can be sent by email or text, or placed on a website.
• Team scheduling — colleagues can co-host calls and share scheduling rules.
• AI assistant — an assistant named Callie can be added to an email thread to arrange times.
• Meeting recaps — a notetaker captures the conversation and sends action items afterwards.
• Payments — meetings can require payment upfront, and users can sell packages and send invoices.
• Workflows — reminders, reconfirmations and follow-up content can be automated around each meeting.

Who it works with

Sales, customer success and recruiting teams, and anyone whose work depends on meetings. IT teams get single sign-on, SCIM and centralised billing.
