Veribook

Veribook is an online scheduling and appointment booking service that displays a business's real-time availability so clients can book without phoning. It was developed with small businesses in mind, and it has a specific offering for passport acceptance offices that want to cut phone-based scheduling.

What Veribook offers

• Individual and group bookings — clients say how many people are attending and choose an open slot.
• Reminders — confirmations and reminders go out automatically, with no staff involvement.
• Calendar integration — works with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook.
• Client information — businesses collect details in advance and can ask specific questions or request completed forms.
• Rescheduling — clients can cancel or move appointments themselves.
• Customisation — emails, booking forms and landing pages are adapted to the business, and the tool links to an existing website.
• Online payment — clients can pay in advance by card or PayPal.
