Waste Logics Software

Waste Logics Software builds a connected cloud platform for companies that collect, move and process waste. It grew out of work inside a real waste business and is used by operators in the UK, Ireland and Australia. The team works remotely from home, with staff spread from Manchester to Minsk.

What Waste Logics Software offers

• Quoting and job management — quotes turn into jobs without the same order being typed in several times.
• Routing and dispatch — route planning that adjusts when the day's plans change.
• Driver capture — drivers record problems on site with a photo, GPS position and job details so the office can act quickly.
• Asset tracking — tracking of containers and other equipment in the field.
• Billing — invoicing in real time, with a two-way link to Xero.
• Compliance and reporting — tools for paperwork such as waste transfer notes, plus management reports and self-service portals for the operator's own customers.

Who it works with

The software is shaped for skip hire, trade waste, waste brokerage, transfer stations, tipper and grab hire, and hazardous waste firms. Customers it lists range from Brown Recycling and Kenny Waste Management to Jones Skips, Norris Skips and Allied Waste Services.
