Ive Sent It is a service for sending large files to clients with control after sending, shown by its maker on 23 September 2026. A link can be changed once it has gone out: a password added, expiry extended or shortened, downloads capped or access switched off. Each delivery can produce a signed, timestamped certificate with file hashes recording who opened what and when, which the maker positions for legal and financial work, and other controls include country restrictions, a forensic watermark per recipient, identity checks on recipients and scheduled release for embargoed material. It also offers branded delivery pages, inbound file-request links, payment collection through Stripe and, on paid plans, an API with webhooks. Customers choose US or EU storage, and uploads are scanned for malware. Its own page gives up to 3 GB per send free; Pro at $10 a month billed yearly or $12 monthly, with files up to 3 TB; and Team at $16 per seat a month billed yearly or $19 monthly. A proof-of-delivery certificate is only as strong as the party who signs it, so a firm relying on one in a dispute should ask who holds the signing key and how long the records are kept — the site names no operating company.
