RMail

RMail is an extension that adds extra abilities to the email a person already uses. It works alongside platforms such as Microsoft Outlook and Gmail, so senders keep their normal address and workflow. Its focus is proving that a message arrived and protecting what it contains.

What RMail offers

• Registered Receipt — a record for each message that certifies delivery, time and content.
• Open tracking — shows when a message has been opened.
• Email encryption — protects message contents in transit.
• Electronic signatures — documents can be signed by email.
• Large file transfers — sending attachments beyond usual mail limits.

Who it works with

Anyone sending business email. Recipients need no special software or sign-up to receive messages, and senders write to anyone using their existing address.
