Infinity Reach Media

Infinity Reach Media is an agency based in Orange County, California, building automated AI systems for coaches, consultants and local businesses that respond to inbound calls, texts and messages. Its AI assistant, referred to as Jessica, engages with leads across multiple communication channels, answers questions, and books appointments before handing conversations to a member of the client's own team, while identifying itself as AI on the first message. The company states its systems can be live within seven days of a setup engagement, and that it works with a limited number of clients at a time. Beyond initial response handling, the agency also offers further marketing services aimed at growing a client's customer base once the AI system is in place.
