As co-founder of Dojo Agency, Rachel has held numerous roles since 2007 from conception through development Rachel’s key function is to ensure clients remain long-time loyal fans She has extensive sales in B2C industries and currently advises on Dojo operations and finances Rachel is also a career counselor and business coach helping individuals and entrepreneurs in achieving their career and personal goals

Thomas is a design problem solver He loves being able to tell stories through strongly designed materials and branding He is constantly absorbing design trends in everyday life and enjoys learning and evolving with the industry When not designing he enjoys rock climbing and attending live concerts

Barry is an accomplished copywriter and editor with expertise in campaign and content development, strategic thinking and branding for local, regional and national clients He has written and produced radio, TV and video scripts along with print, collateral and Web-based materials

Micaela’s expertise is in facilitating an environment where creative teams excel and client expectations are exceeded With a decade of experience in Portland and internationally, Micaela has contributed to numerous projects for clients such as Nike, adidas, Southwest Airlines, Intel, and many others

Primary liaison between the client and the design team for the production and delivery of projects Helps ensure projects are effectively managed, communicated, trafficked, and delivered, as well as meeting client and internal expectations, schedules and budgets Specialties: Brand foundation, workflow management, client negotiations, vendor negotiations, cost control, quality control, and logistical coordination

Bringing ideas to life is Leif’s specialty Leif combines his technical and creative expertise to create cutting edge web experiences through his knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Javascript, PHP and much more

Shelby is studying Business Management and Leadership at Portland State University An artist at heart, she hopes to merge her business experience and creativity to cultivate great change in the world
