Tom Dugmore ACCA – Accounting and Taxation Manager

Tom joined our team in September 2019, having started in the accountancy profession in 2014 after finishing university, where he studied for a Business, Accounting and Economics degree

Working alongside sole traders, partnerships and Limited Companies in various industries, Tom has amassed knowledge and experience on many of the accounting and compliance issues facing small and medium enterprises and is well placed to advise on numerous accounting, tax and audit matters

He qualified as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in January 2018 and is currently working towards completing his practicing certificate

His role is in preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, audit and corporation tax returns He also helps clients with personal and business tax planning and queries

Pam Ashton – Secretary

Pam is a hardworking, loyal and trustworthy member of staff and has been the secretary of the practice for over 16 years Pam completes the administration duties to a very high standard and works closely with the companies that use BCD Accountants Limited to manage their registered office responsibilities She prides herself on being professional and ensures that confidentiality is maintained to the highest level

Emma Cory – Bookkeeping and Payroll Manager

Emma joined our team in May 2019 as a bookkeeper Emma is a member of Association of Accounting Technicians gaining the full membership in January 2022 She has multiple years’ experience in bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll, management accounts and tax returns with expertise in both Sage and Xero accounting software

Emma completes her work to a high standard, whilst communicating and working alongside clients to help them with their ongoing requirements Each client gets a tailored bookkeeping service to suit their needs

Manny Powar – Senior Accountant

Manny joined our team in 2022 as a senior accountant He started his accountancy career in 2017 after graduating from university where he studied Accounting and Finance He is an affiliate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is currently working towards his full membership
