• Deliver estimates and invoices to customer after your approval
• Classify sales revenues to the proper general ledger account
• Record customer payments and deposits into the accounting system
• Process your pre-approved adjustments, credit memos and refund checks
• Prepare and deliver periodic statements of account to your customers
• Perform collections per your instruction
• Maintain customer master and ledger files
• Input vendor bills and credits into accounting system
• Classify bills to the proper general ledger account
• Regular reporting to you about paid & unpaid bills for your approval
• Prepare and send checks to vendors when due or per your instructions
• Reconcile vendor statements to accounts payable ledger
• Maintain vendor master and ledger files
• Request and maintain vendor W-9 information
• Reply to vendor inquiries about payment status
• Prepare and file annual 1099 forms
• Process daily sales and deposit reports
• Verify all deposits and report variances
• Reconcile and verify monthly bank statements
• Prepare periodic cash flow statements
• Assist you with new hire set-up, including offer letters, background checks, W2s, I9s, etc
• Prepare and process your payroll in any state
• Calculate and transmit your payroll for payment via direct deposit or paycheck
• Assure that withholdings are made and transmitted timely
• Prepare and enter payroll journals into your accounting
• Assure that your quarterly and annual payroll filings are completed on time
• Prepare & assist you with your monthly financial statements
