Intrac Swim School Manager

Intrac Swim School Manager is a web-based system for businesses that teach lessons, built mainly for Australian schools. The company behind it, Intrac, describes itself as Australian-owned and says it has supplied software as a service since 2000.

Main features

• Customer database: searchable records linking enrolments, accounts, comments and assessments.
• Class schedule and staff rostering: avoids double bookings of instructors or spaces and shows live data on the school's website.
• Self-service for customers: bookings, payments, class swaps, make-up lessons and assessment records can be handled online.
• Staff portal: built for mobile devices, so staff can check rosters, mark attendance and manage assessments.
• Bank link: a direct connection to the bank removes manual payment entry and reconciliation.

Who it works with

Busy lesson-based schools that want customers and staff to handle routine admin themselves. Intrac configures the system to each client's own rules.
