Aqua Passport

Aqua Passport is software for running swimming lessons. It suits Learn to Swim schemes in the UK and works next to whatever leisure management system a pool operator already uses. Its site now sits under the Sport Passport name, which covers other sports lessons too.

Main features

• Swim school management: handles bookings, courses and sites from a single online system on any device.
• Online payments and memberships: takes payments and keeps track of members.
• Teacher tools: teachers see their schedule, take attendance and record each child's progress.
• Parent and swimmer app: parents follow how lessons are going, and children log in to a games area linked to their progress.
• Reporting: managers get figures by centre, teacher or swimmer, or for the whole programme.

Customers and markets

Swim schools and Learn to Swim programmes, along with the parents and children who use them. It fits alongside an existing lesson structure rather than replacing it.

Key facts
