Global Mediator

Global Mediator acts as an embedded development team for organisations that run Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Its work also spans the wider Microsoft stack around it, including Azure, Power Platform and DevOps. Cloud migration from older NAV or on-premises Business Central setups is one of its main lines of work.

What Global Mediator offers

• Cloud migration — an eight-step process for moving NAV or on-premises Business Central to the Microsoft cloud while the ERP keeps running.
• AI in Business Central — controlled introduction of AI features and agents, with attention to governance and data integrity.
• ERP support — ongoing support and bespoke development for Business Central and NAV users.
• AppSource publishing — helping independent software vendors get a solution listed in AppSource.
• Integrations and add-ons — a one-way sync of Jira projects and Tempo Timesheets worklogs into Business Central, a data visualisation tool and low-code workflow automation.
• Quality assurance — QA strategies and testing for Business Central applications.

Who it works with

Its clients are companies using Business Central for finance and operations. Named work includes support for a medical device business in non-invasive orthopaedics, an AI integration project with Kaunt's accounts payable product, and ongoing cooperation with Forto.
