pepelwerk

pepelwerk is a career matching and workforce platform that connects people with work using skills, attitudes and goals rather than job postings alone. It serves jobseekers, employers and education providers.

What pepelwerk offers

• Talent Wallet — a portable profile where people store verified skills, credentials and career preferences, and choose what to share.
• AI Career Assistant — shows skill gaps, suggests a pathway towards a chosen job and helps with interview practice.
• Assessments — attitude, attribute and ability assessments, including AI survey and photo assessments.
• Employer hiring — pre-screened, authenticated candidates and a hub that aims to reduce the number of HR tools a company needs.
• Career services — a connector hub for schools and colleges to measure student outcomes and job placement.

Who it works with

Jobseekers, companies hiring for in-demand roles, and colleges, trade schools and other educators who want to close skills gaps in their courses.
