OnReference

OnReference is an online service that automates reference checks. Hiring organisations use it to vet employees, contractors and vendors, while individuals and vendors use it to collect references they can show to others.

What OnReference offers

• Organisation checks — an automated, fully online process for assessing candidates, contractors and suppliers.
• Individual references — people gather social references from past colleagues to support applications.
• Vendor track record — suppliers collect past references to demonstrate their experience.
• Shareable reports — each online process produces a report that can be passed on as evidence of expertise.

Who it works with

Three audiences are addressed on the site: hiring organisations, job seekers and vendors.
