Lakeshore

Lakeshore, trading as Lakeshore Talent, is a staffing agency serving employers in Denver, Colorado. It began in 1995 as a conventional staffing and recruiting business and has since moved toward wider workforce planning. A management buyout in 2017 made it a woman-owned company.

What Lakeshore offers

• Direct hire — permanent placements for employers.
• Contract staffing — temporary and contract workers, who receive insurance, paid time off and holiday pay while on assignment.
• Recruitment process outsourcing — a recruiter team built around the employer's own in-house capability.
• Employer of record — Lakeshore employs the worker on the client's behalf, which shifts employment risk away from the client.
• Payrolling and outplacement — payroll consolidation for contract labour, and support for departing staff such as CV writing and interview preparation.
• Consulting — advice on using contingent labour and reading the talent market.
